It all began with a nail through a foot! On a building site, redeveloping a property, our fearless founder met a nail the nasty way. Once her puncture was patched, Stacey set out to find a supportive women's safety boot. The only options were heavy, ill-fitting "unisex" (translation: men's) boots, with zilch personality.
Fast forward two years to 2013, and the first ever she wear safety boots rolled out into the waiting arms of joyous working women everywhere. It was a hallmark moment - the first and only AU female owned and led biz to offer work boots, designed by women specifically for women.
Stacey kept hearing from customers who were wearing she wear safety boots - not because they needed the safety features, but because they loved the comfort and support. That got her thinking .. why not bring that same all day comfort to women’s lifestyle footwear and work shoes? And that’s exactly what she did!
Since 2013, we’ve been making safety boots seriously comfy, and now we’re bringing that comfort and support to every woman, whether she’s at work or at play.

Why we are different
WE DESIGN "FROM SCRATCH" FOR A FEMALE FOOT
Our feet are not simply scaled down versions of men's feet. Our footwear is made from the ground up to suit a female foot shape correctly, our footwear is not a man's shoe made "smaller" or unisex.
OUR DESIGNS CENTRE AROUND BIO MECHANICS
Our feet are the foundations of our body, so our footwear is designed to promote correct body alignment and help alleviate symptoms from issues such as plantar fasciitis, arthritis or ankle mobility issues.
WE STARTED OUT IN SAFETY FOOTWEAR
We starting designing and manufacturing women's specific work boots back in 2013, so we know a thing or 2 about all day comfort, support, shoe tech and durability!
WE SUPPORT WOMEN IN INDUSTRY AND CHARITIES
We love to see other women succeed and be supported. We assist several charities like Share the Dignity, RizeUp and Drought Angels.
WE DON'T BELIEVE IN MARKETING BS OR HYPE
We often see bamboozling terminology like "FlyCloud1.0" or "DeepBoost" and seriously, it's just a whole heap of BS! We use premium materials that will last the distance unlike those fancy worded materials (which actually just mean lightweight foam - aka air!).
WE ARE CONSCIOUS AND RESPONSIBLE
We are on a mission to find the best materials that are less harmful on our environment, like using Gold Rated (certified) leather and organic bamboo in our socks and underwear.
